eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Been lurking here for a bit and finally decided to jump in and start a discussion. I've been riding my Aventon Level 2 for a few months now, mostly for commuting about 15 miles round trip with some decent hills, and I'm constantly amazed by how much technology is packed into these bikes. It got me thinking: what's one piece of eBike tech, maybe something often overlooked, that you find genuinely impressive or even revolutionary? I'm curious to hear what makes your rides special from a tech perspective!
