Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got myself a new folding eBike (a pretty sweet Lectric XP Lite!) and I'm loving the convenience for commuting and throwing it in the car for weekend trips. It got me thinking, though, about the legal side of things, especially since I'm often riding in different towns or even states. Are there any specific regulations or classifications I should be aware of for folding eBikes that might differ from regular eBikes? I'm mostly curious about things like speed limits, motor wattage, and where I can actually ride them.
