eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Been thinking a lot lately about the differences between fat tire eBikes and traditional fat tire bikes, especially after a recent ride. I took my fat tire eBike out on some snowy trails last weekend, and it just powered through everything with such ease, making those inclines feel like flats. It got me wondering, for those of you who've ridden both a traditional fat tire bike and a fat tire eBike, what are your thoughts on the overall experience? Do you find the e-assist fundamentally changes how you ride or where you go, or is it just a nice boost?
