New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

I'm totally new to the eBike world and trying to figure out where to even begin, especially since I'm really interested in a cargo eBike. My main goal is to replace some car trips for grocery runs and school drop-offs (about 5-10 miles round trip, mostly flat suburban roads). For those of you with cargo eBikes, what was your biggest "aha!" moment or essential piece of advice when you first started out? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options!
