Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

I'm curious to hear about common eBike problems you've encountered, especially when comparing different brands. I've been riding my Aventon Aventure.2 for about 800 miles now, mostly on paved trails and some light gravel, and thankfully haven't had any major issues beyond a few flat tires (which I guess isn't eBike specific!).

However, I often see posts about motor cut-outs, battery degradation, or controller malfunctions on other brands. What are some recurring issues you've faced with your specific eBike brand, and more importantly, what solutions did you find? Are some brands notoriously better or worse in certain areas?
