Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Been riding my commuter eBike (a Class 1 hardtail, mostly city streets with some gravel paths) for about a year now, racking up a good 2,000 miles, and it's been mostly fantastic. However, I've had a few little niggles pop up – things like a persistent creak I can't track down, or the occasional motor cutout on a steep hill.
