Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Just got back from a grocery run with my Tern GSD, loaded up with about 60 lbs of stuff, and it got me thinking. While I absolutely love the utility of cargo eBikes, they definitely have their own unique quirks and challenges compared to regular eBikes.

What are some of the most common problems you've encountered with your cargo eBike (e.g., battery life with heavy loads, brake wear, frame flex, motor strain on hills), and more importantly, what solutions or workarounds have you found? I'm particularly interested in hearing about long-term maintenance tips for these workhorses!
