New to eBikes - where to start?

Subject: New to eBikes - just ordered an AiPAS, where do I even begin?

Hey everyone!

Super excited to finally join the eBike world! I just pulled the trigger and ordered an AiPAS, should be here in a couple of weeks. I'm planning to use it for my 10-mile round trip commute, which has a few decent hills, and also for some weekend leisure rides on paved paths. For those of you who started with an AiPAS, what were the absolute first things you did or bought to get set up? Any must-have accessories or immediate adjustments I should be aware of?
