Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got back from a fantastic ride on my Class 2 commuter eBike through some local bike paths and a bit of city street, about 15 miles total. It got me thinking about how different the legal landscape is for eBikes depending on where you live or even where you ride within the same state. Does anyone else find it super confusing trying to keep up with the varying Class 1, 2, and 3 regulations, especially when crossing state lines? I'm curious to hear if anyone has had any run-ins or confusion with local laws, or if you've found a good resource to easily understand what's allowed where. It feels like a minefield sometimes!
