New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone,

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the world of eMTBs! I've been riding traditional mountain bikes for years, mostly trail riding and some light enduro stuff, but I'm really feeling the pull of an electric assist for those longer climbs and extra laps. For someone completely new to e-mountain bikes, what's the absolute best place to start looking? Are there specific brands or motor types you'd recommend for someone who wants to tackle varied singletrack and maybe some steeper climbs without breaking the bank too much?
