Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Been loving my new Class 3 eMTB on the local trails and bike paths – it's a beast for climbing those hills! But lately, I've been thinking a lot about the legal side of things, especially when I ride between different towns or even just from a bike path onto a road. It seems like the rules for eBikes (Class 1, 2, 3) can vary so much depending on where you are.

Has anyone had any confusing experiences with local eBike regulations, maybe even gotten stopped or had to clarify rules? I'm curious how you navigate this, especially if you travel with your eBike or ride in multiple jurisdictions. What's been your biggest headache or surprise regarding eBike laws?
