Common eBike problems and solutions

Just wanted to start a thread for us Engwe owners to share our experiences. I've got an Engwe Engine Pro and absolutely love it for my daily 15-mile commute, mostly on paved roads with a few hills. I'm curious, what are some of the most common issues you've encountered with your Engwe bikes, and more importantly, how did you fix them? Things like brake adjustments, battery quirks, or even just strange noises – let's hear it! Your tips could really help out a fellow rider.
