Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Been loving my Tern GSD for grocery runs and school drop-offs, but I've noticed a few quirks popping up lately, especially when I'm hauling a heavier load up some of our local hills. It got me thinking: what are some common issues other cargo eBike owners have run into, and more importantly, what clever solutions have you found? I'm particularly curious about battery longevity with frequent heavy use, and any tips for keeping brakes sharp under stress.
