New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

I'm totally new to the eBike world and have been doing a ton of research, and Rad Power Bikes keep popping up as a great entry point. I'm looking to get something for mostly paved trails and some light gravel, maybe 10-15 mile rides to start, but eventually commuting. For those of you who started with a Rad, which model did you go with and what made you choose it? Any "must-have" accessories for a newbie? Thanks in advance for any tips!
