Common eBike problems and solutions

Just wanted to kick off a discussion here in the Engwe Owners section. I've been loving my Engwe Engine Pro for my daily 15-mile commute, but I'm curious about what common issues other Engwe owners have encountered, especially with higher mileage. Have you guys run into anything like battery degradation, motor weirdness, or controller glitches? What were your solutions or workarounds? Would love to hear your experiences and tips!
