eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Been thinking a lot lately about how far eBike tech has come, especially with folding models. I just got a new Aventon Sinch.2, and the torque sensor and integrated battery are a huge step up from my old hub-drive folder. It got me wondering, what specific tech advancements in folding eBikes have really impressed you all, or what features do you think are most important for city commuting or mixed-terrain rides on a folder? I'm particularly interested in how they balance power with portability!
