Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to start a discussion here for fellow Specialized Turbo owners. I've had my Turbo Levo Comp for about 18 months now, put around 2,500 miles on it across various trails and some road commuting, and it's been mostly fantastic. However, I've had a couple of minor hiccups, like a slightly finicky charging port cover and once a weird motor cutout on a steep climb that resolved itself.

What are some common problems you've encountered with your Specialized Turbo eBikes (Vado, Levo, Kenevo, Como, etc.) and, more importantly, what solutions or fixes did you find? I'm curious about everything from software glitches to mechanical issues or battery quirks. Let's share some wisdom!
