eBike vs traditional bike comparison
Hey everyone!
Been thinking a lot lately about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially when it comes to fat tire models. I've got a traditional fat tire bike that I absolutely love for snow and beach rides – it's a beast! But lately, I've been eyeing some of the fat tire eBikes and wondering if they'd open up even more possibilities, especially for longer, hillier adventures where my legs sometimes give out.
For those of you who've ridden both a fat tire eBike and a traditional fat tire, what are your thoughts? Do you find the e-assist makes a huge difference on varied terrain, or do you still prefer the pure mechanical feel for certain types of rides? I'm curious if the added weight of an eBike is a noticeable drawback when the power is off.
