Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Been riding my hardtail eMTB (a modified Bafang BBSHD setup on a Kona frame) for about a year now, mostly on forest trails and some gnarly climbs, racking up around 1500 miles. I've had a few minor hiccups, like a loose motor mount bolt after a particularly bumpy descent, and a weird creak from the bottom bracket that turned out to be a slightly misaligned chainring. It got me thinking: what are some of the most common DIY eBike problems you guys have encountered, and more importantly, what clever solutions or modifications did you come up with to fix them? I'm always looking for ways to improve reliability and learn from others' experiences!
