eBike technology explained

Hey everyone!

Been loving my fat tire eBike lately – it's a beast on the local trails, especially with all the sandy patches and loose gravel. I've been thinking a lot about the tech behind these things, especially with how much torque they put out for climbing. For those of us with fat tires, what aspect of eBike technology do you find most interesting or perhaps confusing? Are we talking motor types, battery chemistry, or maybe even controller programming for off-road use? I'm curious to hear what you guys want to dive into!
