Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Been loving my Class 2 commuter eBike for getting around town – it's perfect for my 10-mile round trip to work. I've been seeing more and more eBikes out there, and it got me thinking about the legal side of things. Does anyone else find the different class systems and state-by-state regulations a bit confusing, especially when you're looking at buying a new eBike from a different brand? I'm curious if certain brands are better at making it clear what class their bikes fall into, or if you've had any issues with local laws regarding Class 3 bikes on bike paths. Let's discuss!
