New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

I'm super excited to finally dive into the eBike world and have been doing a ton of research, specifically eyeing the Specialized Turbo line – they just seem so well-regarded. I'm completely new to this, so I'm wondering, for those of you who started with a Specialized Turbo, what was your first model and what did you wish you knew before buying? I'm looking to do mostly paved paths and some light gravel, probably 15-25 mile rides initially. Any tips for a newbie on these bikes would be amazing!
