eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Hey everyone!

Been thinking a lot lately about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially as I see more and more eBikes on the trails. I've been a traditional road cyclist for years, regularly doing 30-40 mile rides with some decent climbs, but I recently demoed an eMTB and was blown away by how much ground I could cover and how much fun the uphill became!

For those of you who own both or have made the switch, what are your thoughts? Do you find yourself reaching for one more often than the other depending on the ride (e.g., commuting vs. weekend fun, flat vs. hilly terrain)? I'm curious if eBikes are truly replacing traditional bikes for some, or if they just open up new types of riding.
