eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Hey everyone!

I've been thinking a lot lately about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially after a recent group ride. I was on my eMTB, and my buddy was on his analog hardtail, and while we both had a blast on the local trails (about 15 miles with some decent climbs), I felt way fresher at the end.

It got me wondering: for those of you who own both or have ridden both extensively, what's your take on the biggest advantages and disadvantages of each, particularly for different types of riding like commuting, trail riding, or even just casual cruising? Do you find yourself reaching for one over the other for specific reasons?
