Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

I've been loving my new cargo eBike (a Tern GSD, if anyone's curious!) for school runs and grocery hauls – it's a total game-changer. I'm curious about something though: given their increased weight and carrying capacity, do cargo eBikes face any different or stricter legal regulations compared to standard eBikes, especially regarding motor wattage or speed limits? I'm mostly riding in urban areas, but I want to make sure I'm always compliant. What have you all found in your areas?
