eBike vs traditional bike comparison

Been thinking a lot lately about the eBike vs. traditional bike debate, especially as I see more and more eBikes out on the trails. I've got a traditional gravel bike that I love for my weekend 30-mile loops, but sometimes those big hills really make me wish for a little assist. For those of you who've ridden both extensively, what's your take on the overall experience? Do you find yourself reaching for one over the other for specific rides or terrains, or has your eBike completely replaced your traditional one? Curious to hear your thoughts!

Hey there! Great topic, and one I grapple with myself. I totally get that feeling on big hills, especially on a gravel bike after a good 30-mile loop! For me, my eMTB hasn't replaced my traditional road bike; instead, it's opened up new possibilities. I find myself reaching for the eBike when I want to explore further, tackle steeper climbs without totally blowing up, or just enjoy a more relaxed social ride with friends who might be at different fitness levels. It's more about expanding my riding options than replacing one with the other.
