Legal regulations for eBikes

I've been loving my new Class 3 eBike for my daily commute – it's a game-changer for getting up those hills! But lately, I've been thinking a lot about the legal side of things. It seems like every state and even some cities have different rules for eBikes, especially regarding speed limits, where we can ride, and even if we need licenses.
