Common eBike problems and solutions

Just wanted to start a discussion for us Lectric owners! I've had my XP 3.0 for about six months now, mostly using it for city commutes and some light trail riding, racking up around 800 miles. So far, it's been pretty solid, but I'm curious what common issues or quirks others have run into with their Lectrics, and more importantly, what solutions you've found? Things like brake adjustments, creaky components, or battery range oddities – let's share our experiences and help each other out!
