Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to buy my first eBike soon – probably a hardtail electric mountain bike for commuting and some light trail riding, maybe 15-20 miles a day. I've been doing a ton of research, but I'm curious about the flip side: what are some of the most common problems or issues eBike owners run into, especially those with mid-drive motors? And more importantly, what are the best solutions or preventative measures you've found? Any "must-knows" before I pull the trigger would be awesome!
