Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

I'm curious to hear about common eBike problems you've encountered, especially when comparing different brands. I've been riding my Aventon Aventure.2 for about 8 months now, mostly on paved trails and some light gravel, and thankfully haven't had any major issues yet. However, I've heard some folks complain about motor cut-outs or battery degradation on other brands.
