eBike vs traditional bike comparison

I've been seriously considering making the jump to an eBike for my daily commute and weekend trail rides, but I'm still torn. For those of you who've owned both, how does the riding experience truly compare, especially when it comes to specific brands? For example, if you've ridden a Specialized Turbo Levo versus a traditional Specialized Stumpjumper on similar singletrack, or a Gazelle eBike city model versus a regular city bike for errands, what were your biggest takeaways? I'm curious about the real-world differences in handling, maintenance, and overall enjoyment across different brands and models.
