Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

I've been riding my Aventon Level.2 for about six months now, mostly for commuting ~15 miles round trip on mixed city streets and some gravel paths. It's been fantastic overall, but I'm curious about common issues people run into with their eBikes, especially when comparing different brands. Have you noticed certain brands or types of eBikes (like hub vs. mid-drive) tend to have recurring problems, or perhaps excel in reliability? What are some of the most frequent issues you've faced and how did you solve them?
