New to eBikes - where to start?

Just picked up my first eBike, an Engwe Engine Pro, and I'm super stoked but also a little overwhelmed! I'm completely new to the eBike world and wondering where you all started. What are the absolute must-know tips for a newbie, especially for someone planning to tackle some light trails and city commutes? Any advice on maintenance, accessories, or just general riding etiquette would be awesome!
