Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Just got my first eBike, a Class 1 commuter, and I'm super excited to hit the trails and bike paths around here. I've been trying to wrap my head around all the different legal regulations for eBikes, and honestly, it's a bit confusing! It seems like every state and even some cities have their own rules about where you can ride, speed limits, and even what "class" of eBike is allowed.

What's been your experience navigating these laws, especially if you travel with your eBike? Any tips for a newbie trying to stay compliant and avoid any fines? Would love to hear how you all keep up with it!
