New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just got my first eBike – a pretty standard commuter style with a 500W motor, planning to use it for my 10-mile round trip to work, mostly flat roads with a few small hills. I'm super excited but also feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the new tech. For those of you who've been riding for a while, what's the one piece of advice you wish you'd known when you first started out, especially regarding maintenance or common newbie issues? I want to avoid any early headaches!
