Tips for winter commuting

Hey everyone!

With the days getting shorter and the temps dropping, I'm already thinking about winter commuting on my eBike. I ride a Specialized Vado 3.0 about 8 miles each way, mostly paved paths and some city streets. Last winter was a bit of a struggle with cold hands and keeping the battery happy.

What are your top tips for making winter eBike commutes more bearable, especially regarding gear, battery care, and staying visible? Any specific products you swear by? I'm all ears!
