New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just got my first eBike – a RadRover 6 Plus – and I'm super stoked to hit some local trails and commute more often. I've been riding traditional bikes for years, but the speed and power of this thing are a whole new ballgame! My main concern as a newbie is safety, especially with the added weight and speed. What are your absolute must-have safety accessories or tips for someone just starting out on an eBike, particularly for mixed-use paths and some light off-road? I'm thinking beyond just a helmet here!
