eBike insurance recommendations

Hey everyone!

Just got myself a fantastic new folding eBike – perfect for my commute and throwing in the car for weekend adventures. It wasn't cheap, and I'm starting to think about insurance, especially since I'll be locking it up in various places. Has anyone here insured their folding eBike, and if so, do you have any recommendations for good providers or what to look out for in a policy? I'm curious about theft coverage primarily.
