Legal regulations for eBikes

Hey everyone!

Been out on my full-suspension eMTB a lot lately, hitting some awesome singletrack trails around the local hills. It got me thinking about how varied the legal landscape is for eBikes, especially when you're talking about trails versus roads. Does anyone else find it super confusing trying to keep up with the different class systems (1, 2, 3) and where each is actually allowed, particularly on mountain bike trails? I'm always double-checking local park rules before I head out, and it feels like it changes from county to county! What's your experience been with this, and have you ever run into issues or confusion on the trails?
