Commuting distance recommendations

Hey everyone!

I'm curious to hear about your eBike commuting experiences, especially regarding distance. I'm currently riding about 8 miles each way on a Class 1 hardtail eMTB, mostly on paved paths with a few small hills, and it feels great. I'm wondering what you all consider a "comfortable" or "sustainable" daily commuting distance on your eBikes, considering factors like battery range, terrain, and how fresh you want to feel when you arrive? Any thoughts or personal limits you've found?
