New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and super excited to dive into the eBike world. I'm totally new to this, but after seeing so many positive reviews, I'm really leaning towards a Rad Power Bike – maybe a RadRover 6 Plus or a RadCity 5 Plus for some mixed city/trail riding. For those of you who started with a Rad, what was your "aha!" moment or the best piece of advice you got when you were first looking? I'm trying to figure out what to prioritize for my first eBike purchase!
