Tips for winter commuting

Hey everyone!

With the days getting shorter and the temps dropping, I'm already starting to think about winter commuting on my eBike. I ride a Specialized Vado SL 4.0 about 8 miles each way, mostly paved bike paths with a few hills, and last winter was... an experience! My biggest challenge was keeping my hands and feet warm without feeling like a Michelin Man.

What are your go-to tips and gear recommendations for staying warm, safe, and visible during those cold, dark commutes? Any specific tire recommendations for icy patches, or clever battery management tricks for the cold? I'd love to hear what works for you all!
