Been thinking a lot lately about custom builds, and it got me wondering about the fundamental differences when you're building an eBike from scratch versus a traditional pedal bike. Beyond just adding a motor and battery, what unique considerations or challenges have you faced when doing a custom eBike build? Are there specific frame geometries, component choices, or even wiring considerations that make it a whole different beast compared to a standard custom road or mountain bike?
