Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Been riding my commuter eBike (a RadCity 5 Plus) for about a year now, racking up probably 2000 miles mostly on city streets and some light gravel paths. Overall, it's been fantastic, but I've definitely hit a few snags – like a mysterious power cut-out that turned out to be a loose battery connection, or figuring out the best way to keep my chain from getting gunked up.
