Tips for winter commuting

With the days getting shorter and the temperatures dropping, I'm already thinking about winter commuting on my eBike. I ride a Specialized Vado SL 4.0 about 8 miles each way, mostly on paved bike paths and some city streets, and I'm trying to brace myself for the colder, wetter months.
