Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. I've been riding my RadRover 6 Plus for about a year now, mostly for commuting ~15 miles round trip on mixed urban/paved trail terrain, and I absolutely love it. I was curious to hear about common issues other Rad Power Bike owners have run into, and more importantly, what solutions you've found!

Beyond the usual flat tires, have any of you experienced recurring motor, battery, or controller glitches? Or maybe specific component wear and tear that seems common for Rads? I'm hoping to learn from your experiences and maybe preempt some future headaches!
