New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just joined the forum and I'm super excited about potentially getting into the eBike world. I've been doing some research, but honestly, it's a bit overwhelming with all the different types and features out there. For those of you who've been riding for a while, what's your best advice for a complete newbie trying to figure out where to start? I'm mostly looking for something for city commuting and some light trail riding, maybe 10-15 miles a day. Any specific brands or types I should be looking at first?
