Common eBike problems and solutions

Hey everyone!

I'm relatively new to the cargo eBike world – just got myself a Tern GSD a few months back, and it's been a game-changer for school runs and grocery hauls, even with some decent hills around here. I'm curious to hear from other cargo eBike owners: what are some of the most common issues you've encountered, whether mechanical, electrical, or even just practical annoyances?
