Weather-resistant gear for commuters

With the weather getting a bit unpredictable lately, I've been thinking a lot about weather-resistant gear for my eBike commute. I ride my Class 3 e-road bike about 15 miles each way, mostly on paved paths and some city streets, and I'm tired of getting soaked or freezing on those "surprise" rainy/chilly days. What are your go-to jackets, pants, or even shoe covers that truly hold up to the elements without making you feel like you're riding in a sauna? Any specific brands or features you swear by for staying dry and comfortable?
