New to eBikes - where to start?

Hey everyone!

Just picked up my first eBike, a rad-looking hardtail mountain eMTB, and I'm already loving it for my daily commute and some weekend trail rides. I'm totally new to the eBike world, and while I'm comfortable with basic bike maintenance, the electronics side of things has me a bit stumped. What are the absolute must-know maintenance tips for an eBike newbie, especially concerning the battery and motor? Any common pitfalls to avoid?
